NYGEAR UP Directors and Coordinators lead programs in eligible school districts to provide support services to a statewide cohort of students. They support this cohort from 7th grade through the student's first year of postsecondary education. NYGEAR UP staff are dedicated to increasing student access to resources, opportunities for growth, and achievement.
